Although we guarantee your website will be completed in 9 days or less there are some terms and conditions that you should be aware of. The 9-day timeline does not begin at the time we receive payment. It begins after you approve the mock-up, which is basically a photo version of how your new site will look. We will have three mock-up concepts from which you may choose. Any additional mock-ups will be a charge of $50.00 per concept. Once you approve a concept, you will receive an email from the design team to let you know we have started your website. From the time this email is sent to you the 9-day period has begun.

The 9-day period does not include weekends or holidays. You must approve or deny any original works or revisions within 24 hours. If you do not approve or deny works within 24 hours your website delivery date may be delayed and your website will not be completed in 9 days.

Any and all content, photos and the like that you would like to be included in your new custom website must be submitted to the design team before the mock-ups will be designed.
